Nillumbik House under Construction

We are delighted to see a former Intermode competition runner-up bring their dream home to life.

Julia and Peter’s new family home is currently under construction on a stunning rural site in Victoria’s Green Wedge Shire of Nillumbik. They selected the Pitch by Intermode design, which has been carefully tailored to their site and lifestyle.

The home comprises two north-facing pavilions linked by a central study and outdoor entertaining deck, creating light-filled living spaces and a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape.

Construction commenced in August 2026 and is expected to be completed in early 2027. We are excited to follow the journey and share updates along the way.

Our partner builder on the project is 7Built Pty Ltd.

Julia and Peter’s Pitch by Intermode home is now taking shape in Nillumbik, bringing pavilion living, rural outlooks and relaxed family living together on a stunning countryside setting.
