Noosa House Nears Completion

Construction is well underway on Noosa House, a bespoke coastal retreat designed for returning Intermode clients Em and Kevin on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, with completion anticipated in late 2026.

Featuring expansive open-plan living, a private master suite with a Japanese Hindi bath, a pool, lift and generous guest accommodation, the home has been carefully crafted to embrace the relaxed Noosa lifestyle.

Our partner builder on the project is Jaicon Constructions Pty Ltd.
